Engaged in The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff

The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff follows three women through several countries. A historical fiction based on real women in the Special Operations Executive (SOE) who went missing in France during WWII. Tense. Made me sweat at times. I couldn’t put it down. Everything I wanted in a book like this. Well told. Engaging. Good plot arrangement and development. Read this on an overseas flight to Europe.

Favorite character: Marie.

I need time to process this one.

P.S. I would like to read A Life in Secrets: Vera Atkins and the Missing Agents of World War Two by Sarah Helm and Spymistress: The Greatest Female Secret Agent of World War Two by William Stevenson as recommended by Pam Jenoff for further reading. I’m leaving this here as a reminder to myself.
